Really good Downtown Stay

spacious room comfortable temperature helpful servers new equipment
I enjoyed the spaciousness of room 1019. The temperature in the room was comfortable. It quickly adjusted when I made changes. Room service was very helpful. Servers set up dining areas and engaged in conversation. Food wait times were routinely five minutes less than estimated. I recommend the spaghetti pomodoro. The gym had new equipment. I did not notice any machines out of order. The pool and sauna were also good.
The room light was dim for comfort. I experienced a short circuit in the room for two nights. Staff reset the circuit breaker.

The shower head works fine, the hotel offer friendlier staff, cleanliness, and good place to go around.
Our bags weren't there including my suitcase with my wedding rings and the front desk said they 'find them'. This caused a lot of stress before my wedding.
